1. Introduction of Peacock Statue

The Blue Peacock (scientific name Pavo cristatus), native to South Asia, is widely distributed in the forests and open woodlands of India, Sri Lanka, and surrounding areas. It is one of the world’s most famous peacock species. Male Blue Peacocks are renowned for their magnificent tail feathers, which, when spread, display hundreds of long feathers in a fan shape, creating a spectacular “display of plumage.” The tail feathers are covered with eye-like markings, known as “ocular markings,” which shimmer with a metallic sheen of blue, green, and gold in sunlight.
