1. Introduction of Pierrot Sculpture
Pierrot, originating from the Italian commedia dell’arte, later developed into a highly recognizable stage character in French mime and European Art Deco. Unlike the exaggerated and comical clown, the Pierrot typically represents silent, lonely, sensitive, and poetic romantic emotions. He often wears loose costumes with a ruffled collar, and his expression is quiet or slightly melancholic. This Pierrot Sculpture depicts a Pierrot clown musician holding a mandolin.
The figure leans forward sharply, one leg raised and resting on a rock-like support, holding the long-necked plucked mandolin in both hands, a posture with the dynamism of a stage performance. The head is slightly lowered, the facial expression serene, and combined with the wide sleeves, drooping folds of the clothing, and the radiating ruffles of the collar, the character possesses a melancholic yet elegant air. | Step 3: Confirm Mold | We will make 1:1 clay or 3D mold. When finished clay mold, I will take photos for your reference. The clay mold can modify any details till you’re satisfied with it. |
| Step 4: Casting | We will use advanced lost wax casting technology to cast bronze or brass. |
| Step 5: Repair, welding & Chasing | We will repair the hole of statue, then welding and chasing, which is the key step to make fine high quality statue. |
| Step 6: Patina and wax surface | We will paint the color as the image the customer sent, then make wax surface. When finished statue, also I will take photos for your reference. After you are satisfied with all, I will arrange packing and shipment. |
