Large Kangaroo Statue

The Red Kangaroo (scientific name Osphranter rufus) is a large marsupial endemic to Australia and one of the largest extant kangaroos, primarily found in the arid, open grasslands, scrublands, and semi-desert regions of central and western Australia. Adult males are typically larger and have reddish-brown fur, hence the name “Red Kangaroo”; females are relatively smaller and often have grayish-brown fur.
