1. Introduction of Crane Yard Statue
Cranes belong to the order Gruiformes and the family Gruidae. They are a group of large wading birds with a long history, with about 15 species still existing today, including the Common Crane, Sandhill Crane, Demoiselle Crane, Red-crowned Crane, Siberian Crane, and Black-necked Crane. These different species are mainly distributed in Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, and Australia, and are commonly found in wetlands, marshes, riverbanks, and open grasslands. This Crane Yard Statue series uses a crane in flight as its main model, focusing on the graceful posture of the crane taking off or gliding through the air.
The crane’s long neck extends forward, its long, pointed beak aligns with its body, its wings spread wide upward, and its tail and long legs extend backward, creating a clear sense of forward motion. The wing coverts and flight feathers are sculpted in layers, with clear outlines and a degree of decorative treatment. The Crane Bird Statue is made of bronze and supported by slender rods, giving the Crane Yard Statue the effect of being suspended in flight. When placed in pairs or groups, they can create a scene of flocks of cranes flying, making them suitable for outdoor spaces such as courtyards, gardens, water features, parks, and garden entrances. | Step 4: Casting | We will use advanced lost wax casting technology to cast bronze or brass |
| Step 5: Repair, welding &Chasing | We will repair the hole of statue, then welding and chasing, which is the key step to make fine high quality statue. |
| Step 6: Patina and wax surface | We will paint the color as the image the customer sent, then make wax surface. when finished statue, also i will take photos for your reference,after you’re satisfied with all, i will arrange packing and shipment |
