1. Introduction of Buck Sculpture
The red deer, also known as the common red deer, is a large deer species common in parts of Eurasia and North Africa, and has since been introduced to New Zealand and Australia. Male red deer are large, with thick necks, long and powerful limbs, and their most striking feature is their large, distinctly forked antlers. During the breeding season, adult males compete for mates by calling out, displaying their antlers, and engaging in physical confrontations. This Buck Sculpture is based on a male red deer in motion, with a slender and upright form and a natural posture.
The deer’s head is slightly forward, with ears spread to the sides, conveying a calm yet alert expression. The pair of large antlers on its head are raised high, with long main branches and clear forks, forming the most visually striking part of the piece. The body is spread out horizontally, with a smooth back, taut abdominal lines, and long, powerful limbs. One foreleg is raised, indicating a slow, forward gait. | Step 3: Confirm Mold | We will make 1:1 clay or 3D mold. When finished clay mold, I will take photos for your reference. The clay mold can modify any details till you’re satisfied with it |
| Step 4: Casting | We will use advanced lost wax casting technology to cast bronze or brass |
| Step 5: Repair, welding &Chasing | We will repair the hole of statue, then welding and chasing, which is the key step to make fine high quality statue. |
| Step 6: Patina and wax surface | We will paint the color as the image the customer sent, then make wax surface. When finished statue, also I will take photos for your reference. After you satisfied with all, I will arrange packing and shipment |
