1. Introduction of Bronze Mountain Lion Statue
Mountain Lion, also known as Cougar, American Golden Cat, is one of the most widely distributed wild cats, widely inhabiting mountainous areas and forests in North, Central and South America. They are strong and agile, known for their solitary activities and excellent stealth ability. Although called “lion”, cougars are closer to the genus Jaguar, and are highly alert and highly adaptable predators. This Bronze Mountain Lion Statue was created by American wildlife sculptor Rip Caswell, and delicately depicts the warm moment of a lioness and her cubs snuggling together.
The Lioness Sculpture is in a semi-recumbent position, with her body wrapped around the outside of the cub, showing silent protection. The cub half-lying his head on his mother’s body, closing his eyes and showing complete trust and dependence on his mother. Both have soft expressions, silent but full of emotional tension.
