1. Introduction of Alfred Lord Tennyson Bust
Alfred Lord Tennyson (1809–1892) was a prominent British poet of the Victorian era, appointed Poet Laureate in 1850. His poetry is renowned for its delicate emotional descriptions, rhythmic language, and reflections on life, nature, and society. Representative works include Elegies, The Light Horseman’s March, and The King’s Narrative. This original marble Alfred Lord Tennyson Bust, created in 1857 by Scottish sculptor William Brodie, depicts Tennyson in his middle age.
