This bronze sculpture is inspired by the Wild Kong series by contemporary French artist Richard Orlinski, retaining the recognizable pose of the gorilla holding aloft an oil drum. The gorilla in this Richard Orlinski Statue stands with its legs apart, knees slightly bent, its broad shoulders and thick arms extending upwards to support the horizontally placed oil drum. Its mouth wide open, with emphasized brow bones, nose, and jawline, conveying a distinct roaring posture and sense of power.
The King Kong Richard Orlinski sculpture is made of bronze, with the body surface sculpted using large geometric facets to define the chest, shoulders, forearms, and legs, echoing Richard Orlinski’s signature faceted style. The main body of the Richard Orlinski Statue is finished in reddish-brown, while the oil drum is grayish-silver, clearly distinguishing the figure from the object. The back, hips, and legs are also fully sculpted. A black square base completes the sculpture, making it suitable for exhibition halls, commercial spaces, courtyards, or large indoor areas. Arturban Statue can customize various replica statues. Welcome to contact us for more details.
