The only problem is that he thinks the tail of the horse in our product is shorter, so he wants to customize the longer tail. He thinks the long horse tail flowing in the wind is better. According to the requirements and wishes of customers, our designers designed, discussed with customers and modified the design drawings.
After confirming the drawings with customers, we will make clay mold of horse sculpture. The proportion of clay mold will be the same as the size of bronze horse sculpture. After completing the production of clay sculpture, we will send pictures from different angles to customers, so that customers can more intuitively view the shape and details of the horse. Customers will put forward suggestions according to the pictures, and we will modify the clay mold according to customers’ suggestions until we satisfy the customer’s needs.
Next, we will make the mold of the bronze horse and cast it. After cooling and demoulding, the statue will be polished to make its surface as smooth as a mirror, and each part is lifelike.
Finally, we will color the bronze horse, in this case we used chemical coloring process, and then wax anti-corrosive coating technology. It can maintain the color for a long time without shedding, and it can also be better protected from corrosion. It can withstand wind and rain all year round, extremely cold and hot weather.
